Returns and Refunds Policy

Overview

Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned.

For our Site the items that are exempt are as follows

  • Custom Made Orders
  • Personalised Orders
  • Food related orders
  • Earrings
  • Other Products produced to order

If personalised, custom, produced to order products are subject to fault or failure due to manufacturing process or due to an error on our part, then you will be offered a replacement.

Additional non-returnable items:

  • Gift cards
  • Downloadable software products
  • Items for use with food unless unused, unopened and still in original packaging as it was sent to you.
  • Custom, personalised or made to order items cannot be refunded unless subject to manufacturing fault or a fault on our side when producing the item.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please do not send your purchase back to us without prior agreement from us.

If you need to return your product:

  • Contact us straight away on
  • Ensure the product is in its original packaging and is unused.
  • Please ensure you keep the original shipping packaging as we may need to see it, and you can also use this to return the product.
  • No product will be refunded until the original has been returned to us.
  • We advise using tracked shipping to ensure your return does not get lost in transit.
  • We are not responsible for returned packages that are not received by us and are lost in transit, you would need to go directly to the shipping company you used and make a claim for lost package.
Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Please note we can only refund to the original payment method.

The maximum amount of the refund will be the full amount of the order, should it be confirmed that human error on our part or manufacturing failure is at fault you will also be refunded the cost of your return postage. In this instance we will need a copy of your postage receipt to enable this to happen. Without this we will not be able to refund the return postage.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.

Shipping returns

To return your product, you should contact us in the first instance on uniqgiftsuk@gmail.com. And once approved we will issue you with the return address for you to send your product to.  All returns must be approved before being sent. We will not accept forced returns.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Should upon examination it be confirmed that the fault with the item is a manufacturing fault or a fault of ourselves in producing the item, then shipping costs paid on order and your return shipping will also be refunded to you.

If any fault is deemed to be a manufacturing fault or a fault of ourselves, we will offer to replace the order free of charge as quickly as possible and will use the fastest shipping option available to us, to ensure a fast prompt replacement is received. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
